Production Head
Lead production operations, shop-floor teams and process improvement across forging, casting, CNC machining and related manufacturing activities.

- Lead overall production operations to achieve targets and timely delivery.
- Plan daily production, manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
- Oversee processes across forging, casting, CNC machining and related operations.
- Control production costs, rejection and wastage; improve productivity.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase and Stores.
- Ensure quality, safety and production-schedule compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and effective team management.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 15–20 years in manufacturing, preferably forging, casting or automotive components.
- Strong production planning, machining and shop-floor management knowledge.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
Purchase Executive – Consumables
Manage procurement of industrial consumables, tools, lubricants and production-related materials while developing reliable vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure industrial consumables, tools, lubricants, cutting tools and production materials.
- Identify vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate rates.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance and Accounts.
- Monitor stock and arrange timely replenishment.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details and procurement documents.
- Follow up with vendors on delivery, quality and payment-related queries.
Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant discipline; technical qualification preferred.
- 4–5 years in purchase/procurement, preferably manufacturing or engineering.
- Experience purchasing industrial consumables is essential.
- Good negotiation, vendor-management and communication skills.
- MS Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
PPC Executive
Coordinate production planning, order tracking, material availability and cross-functional follow-up to support smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans against customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Track production progress and ensure timely order completion.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Quality for material availability.
- Track raw material, work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods.
- Monitor schedules, machine loading and order status.
- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective follow-up.
- Maintain production reports and update Excel/ERP systems.
- Support inventory control and on-time delivery (OTD).
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC).
- Forging, automotive component or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong coordination, analytical and follow-up skills.
