Qualification

We are looking for candidates who have a Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline. Additionally, a background in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred. Moreover, candidates with certifications in inventory or warehouse management will be considered a plus.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in store operations and inventory management. Furthermore, experience using SAP or similar software is required for this role. Ideally, you should have previously managed large-scale inventory systems and held similar responsibilities.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Incharge to manage store operations and inventory control. You will be responsible for using SAP to track stock levels and document stock movements. In addition, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Effective communication and teamwork will be essential to ensure the supply chain functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Proficiency: You will use SAP to track and manage inventory. It is crucial that you are confident with SAP’s reporting and inventory features. Additionally, you should be able to address and resolve any SAP-related issues quickly.
Inventory Control: You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels to ensure they remain accurate. Moreover, you will adjust stock levels as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking, ensuring smooth operations.
Documentation: You will maintain detailed records of stock movements using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets. Furthermore, you will generate reports to help track inventory levels and optimize stock flow.
Indent Management: You will handle material requests and ensure that deliveries are made on time. In addition, you will collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet production and operational needs.
Team Coordination: As a Store Incharge, you will lead a team of store personnel. You will motivate, guide, and support them to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Furthermore, you will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
