Salary Budget:

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

  • Complete FMS tasks as per plan.

  • New vendor development and registration in FMS & SAP.

  • Timely delivery of consumables, BOP, and job work materials.

  • Negotiation and finalization of rates for consumables, BOP, and job work.

  • Issue orders to at least 3 vendors based on ratings.

  • Prepare price lists by 22nd and get approval by the 25th of each month.

  • Sell scrap material by the 17th of each month.

  • Provide kitty to plant two weeks in advance.

  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and reconcile accounts.

  • Follow up to recover outstanding vendor payments.

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and presentations.

  • Attend daily DWM meetings at 10:30 AM.

  • Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.

  • Manage documentation and files in the purchase department.

  • Maintain departmental 5S standards.

  • Ensure NDA is signed by all vendors.

  • Budgeting and purchase cost control.

  • Clear calendar and delegation tasks as per schedule.
