• ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 CTC

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Management Representative (QMS – MR) to oversee our Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO certifications and quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the 6S methodology across the organization, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) standards.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System) and ensure its effective application.
• Coordinate and interact with senior management on quality issues, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee audits, internal assessments, and compliance with QMS documentation and procedures.
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the QMS knowledge of team members.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive QMS initiatives across various departments.
• Act as the key liaison for all matters related to QMS and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards and their practical applications.
• Strong experience with the 6S methodology and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
• Experience in handling audits, certifications, and inspections.
