Qualification:

• B.Sc (Bachelor of Science)

Experience:

• 3-5 Years in Heat Treatment or a similar field

Salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Job Description:

• Heat Treatment Processes: Expertise in hardening and tempering processes to achieve desired material properties.
• Inspection Skills: Knowledge in hardness inspection with a strong understanding of HRC (Hardness Rockwell Scale) and BHN (Brinell Hardness Number) machines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ability to update and maintain check sheets accurately, and prepare daily production reports for review.
• Manpower Management: Capable of supervising team members and handling manpower to ensure efficient operations.
• Target Tracking: Responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and ensuring timely completion.

This role is designed for a skilled professional who has a solid technical background in heat treatment and is capable of leading a team to meet production goals efficiently.
