The Forging plants are well equipped for producing forgings weighing. The production strength for forging comes from the in-house facili- ties of Die Making consisting of a high precision CNC Tool Room, fully recognizing the fact that the product quality mainly depends on precision of the tools used. Casting Plant specialises in SG and Alloy Steel Castings. It has a state-of-the-art Sand Plant and Moulding Machines ARPA 900 & ARPA 450 of George Fischer + Disa India Make and LSP Line. The plant has two medium frequency Induction Furnaces of 500 & 1000 Kgs.
The company has adopted modern manufacturing techniques, such as induction furnaces and solar power solutions, to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Continuous investment in technology and process improvements helps Munish Forge remain competitive in the market.
Munish is well equipped with Hydraulic & Mechanical Presses and Stamping Machines from 10 Tons to 300 Tons capacity, we make all our tools inhouse. Customised products as per customer requirement are made in close tolerance.
