Munish Forge Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the forging, casting, automotive, or engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
• Monitor inward and outward material movements and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure FIFO and proper material identification and storage.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
• Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S standards in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Generate inventory and stock reports using ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material losses.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience as a Warehouse Incharge or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience in the forging, casting, automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Costing Engineer
Costing Engineer
Munish Forge is seeking a Cost Engineer (NPD) to support the development of new forging and casting components by preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating manufacturing feasibility, and contributing to value engineering initiatives. The candidate will work closely with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure competitive pricing and successful product development from enquiry to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new forging and casting components.
• Analyze customer drawings, specifications, and BOMs for cost evaluation.
• Calculate raw material, forging, machining, heat treatment, tooling, inspection, packaging, and overhead costs.
• Coordinate with the NPD team to assess product manufacturability and process feasibility.
• Support RFQ preparation and customer quotations.
• Develop should-cost models and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Work with Design and Production teams to improve material yield and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Estimate die, fixture, and tooling costs for new developments.
• Participate in trial runs and validate actual manufacturing costs against estimates.
• Maintain costing databases and update standard cost sheets.
• Assist in APQP, PPAP, and project documentation for new product development.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations for outsourced operations and bought-out components.
• Support Value Engineering (VE) and Cost Reduction projects.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of forging, casting, machining, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of BOM preparation and cost estimation.
• Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Process Flow.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in the forging, casting, or automotive component industry.
• Hands-on experience in NPD costing, technical feasibility, and quotation preparation.
• Exposure to value engineering and cost optimization projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
