The Forging plants are well equipped for producing forgings weighing. The production strength for forging comes from the in-house facili- ties of Die Making consisting of a high precision CNC Tool Room, fully recognizing the fact that the product quality mainly depends on precision of the tools used.
Compliance and Customization
Our commitment to quality extends to compliance with industry standards. Our forgings are meticulously produced in accordance with EN 10243 – 1:1999. Additionally, we work closely with our customers to meet their specific requirements, offering customised solutions that align with their unique needs and expectations.
Munish is equipped with a 1500 Ton Deep Draw Hydraulic Press to make 1 Metre length shells for 155mm guns.
Munish also has 400 Ton, 300 Ton, 100 Ton capacity hydraulic machines.
Munish has an Inhouse Rubber Moulding Plant. Mainly dedicated to makes complicated rubber parts for Tank Track Chains like T90, T72, Strela, BMP Tanks.
Casting Plant specialises in SG and Alloy Steel Castings. It has a state-of-the-art Sand Plant and Moulding Machines ARPA 900 & ARPA 450 of George Fischer + Disa India Make and LSP Line. The plant has two medium frequency Induction Furnaces of 500 & 1000 Kgs.
Castings are produced to Standard : EU-EN-GJS
Munish is well equipped with Hydraulic & Mechanical Presses and Stamping Machines from 10 Tons to 300 Tons capacity, we make all our tools inhouse.
Customised products as per customer requirement are made in close tolerance.
Munish has the modern facility for Fabrication and manufacture varied range of products. Multi-torch welding machines, Robotic Arms are used to achieve high-end productivity & Quality.

Tool room machines are backed by latest CAD/CAM software viz, Delcam and Solidworks. The CNC Machining Centres provides an edge to Munish to cater to most of the customers precise requirements.

The CNC Machining capability is backed by latest AUTO CAD, Delcam and Solid Works. The CNC Machining Centres provides an edge to Munish to cater to most of the customers precise requirements.
CNC Machining consists of turning centers, HMC, VMC, VTL Machines.
